Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD UPS GROUND SHIPPING for INTERNET ORDERS of Swarovski brand items, as well as many other crystal items. This shipping benefit will apply to any order with eligible merchandise totaling $95.00 and over, and only for shipments going to the same address, within the Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like items to be shipped to more than one address, a separate order form should be filled out for each shipping address.
If an item needs to be sent via an alternative shipping vendor, or if the items require additional shipping fees you will be contacted via email for your approval. Please be sure you include your correct current email address.
Shipping times:
Standard UPS shipping times vary, depending upon the distance from our location in Saint Augustine. For items that must travel the longest distance, from Florida to California, for example, UPS Ground can take up to 9-10 days, including weekends. Closer destinations will require somewhat less travel time. We offer optional expedited shipping if you have a pressing deadline.
Shipments to PO BOX addresses must be sent via the U S Postal Service (USPS). UPS cannot deliver to a PO BOX address. APO addresses will be shipped via US Mail. We will send you a shipping quote via email, which you may approve before we process your order. International shipping costs are quoted via email for your approval prior to processing your order.
NO SALES TAX is charged on items shipped outside the state of Florida.
Special Delivery:
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY AND 3-DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION: UPS does not count weekend days in their delivery times. A package scheduled for 2nd day delivery shipped on a Monday will arrive on Wednesday. One scheduled for 2nd day delivery shipped on a Thursday will arrive on Monday.
International Shipments:
We will contact you with an estimated shipping cost via email.
If we are able to ship the item(s) to you we will need proper address verification. If we are unable to get bank verification of your address and name information provided on the order form, we will request you fax us a copy of the top portion of your credit card statement. You may send a check for your order if you would like.
