Returns
Return of Damage Item(s):
We apologize for any inconvenience for damaged items. We pack all items carefully in order to get them to you safely.
If an item was received in a damaged condition, please read below information:
1. Please contact us immediately. Please reference your order number when you email us.
2. We will arrange to have the shipper inspect the package, so please keep the original packaging materials for their inspection. Depending on this inspection, they may pick up the item or have us issue a return label to have the item returned to us.
3. Upon notification from the shipper, we will either send a prepaid return label to you or we will instruct you on how to proceed.
4. If the item is being returned to us, we will issue you a credit when we receive the merchandise in its original packing or send you a replacement depending on your wishes.
5. Shipping of the replacement item will be via the same method as the original order unless arrangements are made otherwise.
